UKStreetart can't even be called a blog, it's just a vacuous mouthpiece for verbatim press releases and sponsored content on a scale that Vandalog can only dream of. It's very fitting that this shitty mural has been selected as a representation of what it's about.

Card stacking:
'Card stacking, or selective omission, is one of the seven techniques identified by the IPA, or Institute for Propaganda Analysis. It involves only presenting information that is positive to an idea or proposal and omitting information contrary to it. Card stacking is used in almost all forms of propaganda, and is extremely effective in convincing the public. Although the majority of information presented by the card stacking approach is true, it is dangerous because it omits important information. The best way to deal with card stacking is to get more information.'

In poker a deck can be 'stacked' so certain hands are dealt to certain players.
The phenomenon is subject-matter neutral and has wide application. Whenever a broad spectrum of facts exist, appearances can be rigged by highlighting some information and ignoring other information. Card stacking can be a tool of advocacy groups or those with a specific agenda. For example, a crime story focusing on a particular ethnic group, without providing proper comparative data, could be considered card stacking.

2 Providing a link dump on the right hand side of the page that gives the appearance of being an objective and comprehensive reflection of the players in the scene, but is in fact 'rigged' or 'stacked' by 'selective omission'.
Mark is something of a media mogul and operates many sites including Time Out so is well versed in media manipulation.
Silky also does this by using the name 'Urban Art Forum' implying that it is all inclusive, and even including 'Designer Furniture' etc in his masthead to give an illusion of total coverage, however 'selective omission' ensures that the key 'trumps' and 'high cards' are kept out, ensuring any 'player' is always drawing cards from a preloaded deck, while thinking it is complete and shuffled.

I never understood why Inkfetish was kinda "rated" as his work is average at best assembling his parts from other much better character artists.
