Ruban Tar

Chorlton the happiness dragon popped out of his egg, he loved the land he'd found. Ruban Tar was shiny and new. The Wheelies liked to place little flowers everywhere, they all enjoyed how it made Ruban look.

Fenella the kettle witch looked on with displeasure, she hated the Wheelies being happy. She decided to steal all the flowers she could find and make the Wheelies visit her to see them. Clifford her huge stupid son thought this was funny. He was a naughty boy and frequently made her angry but she loved him. She liked him annoying the Wheelies and making them want to get their flowers back (rather than concentrate on growing their own).

Chorlton tried hard to only talk about her flowers. He thought Clifford was lonely and tried to see the best in him. He hoped by doing this she would be nicer to the Wheelies and wondered if Clifford would ever find a friend?

Time and again Fenella and Clifford harassed the Wheelies. It wasn't enough that she took their flowers, she wanted them to agree with everything she said about the flowers.

Clifford still wanted a friend and had even started pressing flowers so the wheelies would come and admire them.

But sadly nothing changed. They both seemingly revelled in the misery they brought to Ruban.

Chorlton decided to leave and found a little island nearby called Cannabea Funke'. He looked on gloomily realising there was nothing he could do to make Ruban happy again.

He hoped one day the Wheelies would learn to ignore Fenella and Clifford, and find joy in something beautiful which couldn't be stolen from them.
