Its official 9 out 10 dr funky owners said their funky regarded the term 'hater' the weakest word in the dictionary just ahead of softy mcsoft the puffy soft twatty fuckyness soft which is obviously one word.
Whenever some weak intellectually challenged twat (for the sake of argument) tries to cover all bases with the retort hater. You know:
1. They've no challenge to your opposition
2. They're slightly miffed, don't like being challenged and can feel their penile area shrinking
3. Need to have a think, realise life without opposing views would be pretty fucking meaningless.
4. Are a cunt
Peace hater x
Interesting how the concept of the 'hater' has become used to signify the 'other'. Something incomprehensible, and therefore to be feared and reviled, just as the term 'witch' or 'heretic' would have similarly been used to stigmatise anyone who disagreed with the supposed dominant belief system in the middle ages.
ReplyDeleteThis allows the hierarchy of the vested interests to feel safe in their own insular little belief system, surrounded by other 'non-haters' who are just like them...and then they can all have a twitter lovefest where they feel all warm and fluffy about how they all validate each other.
Fucking funny that Funky. Very true as well.
ReplyDeleteVandalog, VNA and Hookedblog are now toxic brands. They're contaminated just like the News of the World and should be shut down for exploiting and killing street art.
ReplyDeleteYeah, VNA are the worst but the other 2 aren't far behind. They're like an aggressive form of cancer, sucking the life out of street art by selling it out for their own gain. Everybody should shun the freeloading scumbags until they finally realise they're not welcome in this culture. That would at least be a start toward lancing the massive commercial boil on the arse of street art.
ReplyDeletePure evil got beat up outside his own gallery last night while all the people who were there to sup his free booze just looked on with mild disinterest. lol. The bloggers were out in force as usual, touring the galleries for freebies like a bunch of tramps begging for spare change for their next drink. The scrounging cunts even tweet a list in advance of where they think the best pickings will be, and rock up at each venue expecting VIP treatment because they run a shitty blog or magazine. Then the next morning it's the inevitable droning on about how bad their hangovers are, which is carefully designed to portray them as wild and crazy party animals of the art scene. Nah, you're just a bunch of sad freeloading cunts who are too tight to buy a beer.
ReplyDeletePoor old Evil. Beaten to a pulp for defending the beer (that he got for free from his sponsors) against interlopers. Bit of a worthless cause you might think, but apparently he was terrified that if other people drank all the beer then there wouldn't be enough for the famously hard drinking (freebies only of course) VNA parasite crew and the other bloggers who descend like a plague of locusts to demand gifts and hospitality in return for publicity.

ReplyDeleteI'd just like to refer you to this website. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1997/40/contents
ReplyDeleteAnd case law on the subject - one instance of which here http://www.nytimes.com/2008/11/28/us/28internet.html
Grow up.
Errrmm...that link is about somebody who breached the terms of myspace registration by making a false identity. We're not on myspace in case you hadn't noticed.
ReplyDeleteYou're obviously VNA, trying to suppress free speech with some irrelevant links because you don't like being called out on your favourite hobby of scrounging free beer.
Oh no, VNA are gonna sue me, I'm so scared, boo hoo!
Fuck off you mugs!!!!
So sue me then, I don't mind standing up in court and saying that VNA are a bunch of freeloading beer scrounging parasites who are selling out street art. In fact I'd greatly enjoy doing it, because then even more people would get to know.
ReplyDeleteSue me or shut the fuck up with your empty threats, you mug.

Always a pleasure to drink free vodka redbull (I think!) followed by the pub then food at the The Diner with part of the extended VNA fam.

Interesting how some of these wankers from the
ReplyDeletestreet art 'establishment' have no respect for private property laws and
actively publicise and praise acts of vandalism in the name of free expression,
but when it comes to somebody saying something about them that they might
not like on the internet then they threaten to run to the courts. Hypocritical
self-serving cunts.
One more reason not to buy VNA, if any were needed.
ReplyDeletei don't get what the problem with chasing free booze is? why do you care so much about what someone (who i presume) you've never met gets up to
ReplyDeleteAsk the VNA boys that. It was only the other day one of them was on here saying "we can continue the conversation when you're next chugging the free beer someone else sorted out for you at the next art show you're slagging off.. "
ReplyDeleteGrafter keeps a miniature shetland pony tied up in the front of his cab and sexually interferes with it between fares.
ReplyDeletehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:ThumbelinaByPhilKonstantin.jpg
ReplyDeleteHe probably said that because it's a kind of unspoken contract the bloggers enter into...chug as much free booze as you want in return for giving something good publicity.
ReplyDeleteThey don't like it when someone goes off-message and doesn't follow rules of their cosy little game. It makes them look like idiots for being the puppets of the galleries if others aren't also playing along with the charade.
my friend Toby once went to a party in London where he got to paddle a canoe across a pool of alcohol. I've seen the photos. London is the best place in the universe if you're a poor and/or tight alcoholic. those of you that live in London should drink as much free booze as possible - in Berlin there is no free booze at art shows, you have to pay for it...
ReplyDeleteMe and my friends occasionally go to art shows in London purely for the free booze as a precursor to the pub.
ReplyDeletegallery shows are there to be used and abused just like Macdonalds toilets but I'd be fucked if I'm actually going to buy anything from either.
Selling your soul/arse by blogging/writing about in order to get something everyone else did for purely turning up seems rather foolish.
How's the situation with the blogs etc. over there Dave, are they all in the pockets of the galleries like here in London? Genuine question.
ReplyDeletewasnt charlie sorry uzzel giving out lime flacoured beer at his last (shit) show?
ReplyDeleteCheck this out. Talk about writing your own Wikipedia entry and making yourself look like a cunt.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Uzzell_Edwards
ReplyDeleteDoes not take a giant leap of imagination to see why people may see this blog as 'hating'
ReplyDeleteOf course you champion the we have a different opinion,NEWSFLASH everyone does. Most have the decency to express in a non offensive way.You don't like the streets being used as tools in this game? go and paint over was always the rule?
If im on anyones side then it's off those who fall victim to some very personal attacks on here? Freedom of expression and difference of opinions again?
Try it in the real world and see if you reach the end of the day without getting lamped
Just to counter the yeah but, this place is full of bile and hatred thus haters WHOEVER says it is correct
Wow, that was boring. You don't even seem to understand the original premise of the post, but yet you drone on with a series of self-righteous cliches. Save it for your bible study group, because we really don't give a fuck.
ReplyDeleteno idea. this is the only "street art" blog I look at! but I think bloggers in general just put every single thing they can on their blogs so that people like them, so it's not about being in anyones pocket, it's about having low self asteem and needing love ;-)
ReplyDeleteMmmm...I dunno. There's something in what you say,
ReplyDeletebut I also know for a fact that there's an extensive 'free gift' culture
permeating it all, so it's difficult not to believe that doesn't have an effect.
maybe it does, but then every company gives out freebies to get press. when I used to work for Big Cheese magazine in the 90's I never had to buy records, clothes, sneakers, skateboards... it's how I could afford to live in London on the meagre pay of a freelance illustrator (and the editor of the magazine used to pay his mortgage with the help of Record and Tape Exchange in Camden!) We could always blag free booze for parties, tickets to see bands, trips abroad... we'd even get sent food sometimes!
ReplyDeletethis is how pr works - they give free shit to people so they feel obliged to write about it.
blogs are the new magazines, so we shouldn't be surprised that they get the same treatment.
even me emailing a link to my latest project is pr. I don't much like that, but unfortunately it's a fact.
at least you know that if you see the project on any blogs it's because they want to show it and not because I'm giving them freebies, as I have nothing to sell/give with this project!
;-)
