gotta say in this case I'm not sure the work adds to the already beautiful scenery or asks any questions, just not sure at all, more pic's here

New Prints at MondoTees
yeah nothing remotely to do with Street Art or Graf or any of that non-edgey point completely missed guff, but just a couple of nice illustrations that have been made into print, and put Shep's work to absolute shame (and a number of others for that matter)
'fresh' (as some Artist who's not made anything fresh for years would say)
New Iggy Pop Canvas Print at Obey
normal service resumed at chez Shepwash, a truly awful rendition of Iggy (yes another one of the wirey Insurance salesman!)

Banky's Piece for Rowdys Rooftop Burner Ebay Auction
here it, courtesy of Arrested Motion and (holds breath in anticipation) it's another 'special' Nola (exhales, slight disappointment, like the 1-0 win yesterday but finishing second), so yeah another Nola with a little fire sketch in the corner should do well for the Rowdy fund - good luck and all that, but Dr Funky won't be selling his disco biscuits to try to buy this one

Vhils | Online Print Release | SHOP at Lazarides
Last print from the Eurotrash show released tonight at 8pm online, okay so Vhils was the standout at Cans all those years ago and his work uses interesting techniques and has a unique 'look'. But do prints work? Does it all begin after a while to look the same?

Banksy/Busk/Stolen Ideas or Not
In my mid-World Cup slumber of depression I noticed the ever wonderful insightful Vandalog mention this and the ever insightful wonderful BanksysForum also post it -
Honestly who gives a flying fuck? Firstly read the source material i have seldom read such a HUGE STINKING PILE OF UP MY OWN ANUS rubbish, seriously who speaks like this and lives in a world habitated by normal people?
Dr Funky's critique - Busk's is shit self promotion art. Banksy's is a joke about terrorism in New York.

Mr Brainwash v Shep - it's a New Print release Stand off!
Mr BrainFairy and Ms ShepWash both have prints out tomorrow! OMG will we survive the financial aftermath when these 'greats' singlehandedly pump thousands of Paypal $'s into the world economy?
So Obey has another release from his ICONS show in New York (errrrr yes) this time its Neil Young, very much looking strange as did Strummer before him, tired of these now but here you go
......and Mr Brainwash has 9 that's nine, nine, nine, nnnnnnnnine (to the the tune of 19 by Paul Hardcastle) prints out tomorrow. I'm assuming this must be the swansong before he chops his mutton chops off and we all realise it was Rob Schneider
To be fair and I'm fair if nothing else, okay so I'm nothing then alright? These are pretty much the best images I've seen from mbw, maybe they're reminiscent of others work? Maybe so, but they make me smile rather than scowl and that's really a major improvement when it comes to Thierry's work.

Sh*t Load of Mau Mau AP's Anyone
we've had 5 colours, here's another 13 (YES THIRTEEN) of those incredibly humorous foxes in hats and masks
I've calculated this and mathematically this has become 400 times shitter than they originally were, which considering they were already shit means they pretty fucking majorly shit now

Athena Images and Second Cuming by Rourke
talking about funny bone(r) (see what I did there?) or not as the case maybe, Rourke seems to be doing his hardest to prove that although he can sketch he has no sense of humour and little inspiration (perhaps he should do a team up with Rene??). He wants these sketches to look like photoshopped negatives of famous pictures, seriously what the fuck is going on? I can draw but I have no fucking spark to create something interesting? This work is seriously some of the dullest fucking Athena like trash I've seen, STOP PLEASE GOD STOP
Anyway second cuming which is just fucking lame as a pun, is a drawing of a girls face possibly cumming although I'd put money on straining on the toilet or deseparately trying to open that jar of pickled onions
if you need something cheap that won't impress anyone, more can be found at http://www.vandalart.co.uk/index.html does a nice line in Punk, 70's, shep-lite, nightall imagery.

Mr Brainwash / Rene Gagnon / Banksy
So yeah Mr Brainwash's release this week of some old work, brings up the name Rene Gagnon and specifically this work
Ooooooh Thierry has 'appropriated' his idea? Or maybe this has been done before? Maybe just a few times? Okay so maybe not a spraycan, but yeah a soup can. Anyway this is Mr Brainwash we're discussing here, originality isn't a strong point.
But the bigger point and one that should worry Rene is the execution...one we've seen before with this, by Rene
and this by Banksy
it all comes back to execution of the image, how he takes it, creates the concept and one vitally important thing HUMOUR he laces it with. Rene your pieces just aren't funny, either use your indignity to grow a funny bone or just you know, stop whinging

'Slick Dude!' by Agent Provocateur
Came out today, what an utter pile of garbage, here's a f*cking tragedy people die, oceans, marine life, livelihoods and coastline get destroyed and somewhere in rainy UK an 'artist' makes a f8cking trite statement, that means close to nothing JESUS WEPT
anyway
when did neanderthals learn to surf?
New Joe Black print
it's another of those 'one's' that has sat in my inbox with me staring at the header going 'can i be f*cked to open this email, let alone put in it on my blog?'
Yes, eventually I could be f*cked-just. It's a print of Captain America and yes it's made out of buttons or whatever, the excitment is yet to begin.
out Thursday from Cosh

okay so street art purely created to promote a show gets right on my T*TS, still when something looks this good it's hard to keep the anger bubbling, anyway sure some cu*t will be along to rip the wall down and try to sell it shortly

Banksy Highwayman Removed?
if there's one thing I hate more than people moaning about street art being buffed, it's fuckers 'requisitoning street art' and it looks like this is what's happened with this great piece
